During therapy sessions, we will establish your goals and create the best version of your future. Unlike counselling, there is no need to deeply analyse the past to create the future you desire.
Hypnosis is a natural, relaxed state into which you can drift easily. During this part of the session, you will not be asleep, but you will be deeply relaxed.
At the end of your session, you will be given specific things to do to help you. This will include listening to your supportive MP3 download and other exercises and tasks. Each task is set by the client, so the client is in control of building their future.

Claire has a background in healthcare and has spent twenty years working with people with various pain conditions. She experienced hypnotherapy for herself whilst dealing with work burnout issues. Claire enjoys working with a wide range of adults in the Trowbridge, Westbury, Melksham, Bradford-on-Avon and Frome regions.
Claire studied at the Clifton Practice of Hypnotherapy and has furthered her studies with additional training at the Jacquin Academy of hypnotherapy. Claire particularly enjoys working with anxiety and weight loss issues by using a combination of Hypnotherapy and Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT). Claire is fascinated by just how many health-related issues can be improved by helping the client to make small positive lifestyle changes.
